We recently added a new series of reports to the Signal platform whose sole purpose is to make managing multiple accounts (or sub-accounts) easier. This information has always been available elsewhere in the platform. However now you can see all of your accounts, side by side, in the same report.

The new reports can be accessed by clicking the Multi-account option in the Reporting tab. These reports are only enabled for Professional and Enterprise plans.

The new multi-account reports are a great way to see how the subscription lists owned by your accounts are performing. All of the reports will either list the top six accounts or the bottom six accounts, depending on the sort order you specify. In addition to seeing the best/worst performers, you’re presented with a chart to see how the accounts stack up next to each other.

Several different reports are available. From the drop down menu, you can select to see lists with growing membership (SMS, email, or both), list with declining membership (SMS, email, or both), list size (SMS, email, or both), email open rate, email click rate, and email spam report rate. And, all of the reports are sortable, allowing you to see the best performers, or the worst performers.

This is only the first phase of this project. Soon, you will have the ability to:

  • Export data on all of your accounts, and not just the top six or the bottom six
  • See what the SMS and email messaging volume looks like across your accounts
  • Compare the stats from one timeframe with another timeframe
  • See, in detail, how an individual aacount is performing

As always, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any comments or questions!
